1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SermonForge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SermonForge is a web-based platform that provides sermon transcription and AI-powered content generation services for churches and ministries. Features include:

  • Audio/video transcription
  • AI-generated devotionals and study materials
  • Discussion guides and social media content
  • Content organization and management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

The Service offers various subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods
  • Your data remains accessible until you delete your account

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You May

  • Upload sermon content you have rights to
  • Use generated content for your ministry
  • Share generated content with your congregation

5.2 You May Not

  • Upload content you do not have rights to
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
  • Share your account credentials
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Circumvent usage limits or restrictions

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated content created through the Service. You may use it freely for your ministry purposes.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is created based on your input. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
  • We do not guarantee theological accuracy
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content
  • Generated content may require human refinement

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SermonForge from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Update these Terms with notice via email or the Service
  • Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.

13. General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SermonForge
  • Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA
