Our Story

About SermonForge

Helping churches multiply the reach of every single message so more people encounter Jesus.

The Mission

Every Sunday, pastors pour their hearts out, delivering messages that challenge, convict, comfort, and transform. But by Monday morning, most of that impact fades.

The sermon lives on a YouTube channel with a few hundred views, and the truth that God spoke through it never reaches the people who need it most.

SermonForge exists to change that.

We take the sermons your pastor already preaches and turn them into devotionals, social media content, discussion guides, and more so the Word that was spoken on Sunday keeps working all week long. And all year long. And for years to come.

Our mission is simple: help churches multiply the reach of every single message so more people encounter Jesus.

The Why

Kevin

Founder of SermonForge

I built SermonForge because I believe the local church has the most powerful content on the planet. It just needs to get in front of more people.

I'm a web developer, but before that, I'm a believer. My relationship with Jesus isn't something I keep in one box while my work lives in another. He's the reason I do what I do. And honestly? The more I grow in my own walk with Him, the more burdened I become for the people who haven't heard the Gospel yet, or who heard it once and never heard it again.

I've spent years working behind the scenes at my own church, turning sermons into blog posts, building content strategies, and watching what happens when you make a pastor's message searchable, shareable, and accessible. I've seen a church go from barely any online presence to thousands of monthly visitors finding devotionals through Google — people who would have never walked through the doors on a Sunday morning, but who are now reading the Word and encountering God.

That experience lit a fire in me.

Because here's the reality: most churches don't have a dedicated content team. Most pastors don't have the time or resources to repurpose their sermons into written content. But the message they delivered? It was anointed. It was timely. And it deserves to reach further than the four walls it was preached in.

That's what SermonForge does. We use technology to take what God already said through your pastor and put it where people are already searching — online, on social media, in their inboxes, and in their small groups.

What Drives Us

Every sermon carries seeds

We believe God speaks through pastors with intention. SermonForge makes sure those seeds get planted in as many hearts as possible.

The Gospel deserves great strategy

The world invests billions in marketing products that don't matter. The Church should be just as intentional about getting the message that actually changes lives in front of people.

Technology should serve the Kingdom

AI and automation aren't the point. Jesus is. But when we use these tools wisely, we can do more with less and reach people we never could have reached on our own.

Pastors shouldn't have to do it all

You were called to shepherd, preach, and lead. Let us handle turning your sermons into content that works for you 24/7.

The Heart Behind It

At the end of the day, SermonForge isn't really about content. It's about people.

It's about the single mom scrolling her phone at 2 AM who stumbles on a devotional that speaks directly to what she's going through. It's about the college student who Googles "does God really love me" and finds a blog post from your church that says yes, and here's how. It's about the person sitting in your pew who missed last week's message and gets to experience it through a discussion guide in their small group.

I'm passionate about reaching as many people for Jesus as possible. Not in some abstract, corporate-mission-statement way, but in a "this is what I think about when I can't sleep" kind of way. My own relationship with God is everything to me, and I want other people to experience that same thing. That closeness. That peace. That purpose.

If your church is preaching the Gospel, we want to help you get it everywhere it needs to go.

Let's make every sermon count.
